Failed Delivery & Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and accessible delivery address. This includes providing any necessary suite numbers, apartment numbers, or gate codes required for the courier to access the property.

If a package cannot be delivered due to "No Access," an incorrect address, or if the customer fails to coordinate with the local carrier after multiple attempts, the package may be disposed of by the carrier or returned to sender. In such cases:

  • No refunds will be issued for orders that are destroyed or lost due to delivery failure caused by customer negligence.

  • Any costs associated with re-shipping the order will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
